Having good application documents is essential in job searching - a way to get the recruiters attention and proceed in the process. A good CV expresses your skills and competencies related to the job you are applying for and is customized according to the requirements of the job. An application letter takes this even further, by explaining why your know-how and persona are a well-made match to the company. In addition, application letter is a way to emphasize your motivation.
In this workshop we go through the basics of how to build impressive, customized application documents. This requires being a somewhat of a detective, finding information about the desired company and position, mapping your own competencies and skills, explaining first yourself why you wish to apply and what you have to give - and then, explaining it to the recruiters, in your CV and application.
